The role:

As a manufacturing associate, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of our manufacturing facility and will report directly to the warehouse and production leads. The key functions of the job include helping our manufacturing department to produce soil, perform quality checks, and stack and palletize bags of soil. You will assist our shipping department by picking, packing and shipping orders when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with the warehouse team to complete scheduled daily production
• Performs quality checks
• Keeps the warehouse and production floor clean and organized
• Miscellaneous tasks assigned by leads

Required skills:

• Excellent communications skills
• Comfortable with google sheets and tablets for data entry
• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl repeatedly
• Forklift experience preferred
