As a member of the organization, you will be expected to learn, live, and be evaluated on the values that define us. 

The role:

As a quality associate, you will be responsible for supporting our soil manufacturing team and quality of all products. You will report to the Director of Quality & Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily quality inspections in production and maintain all testing instruments
  • Collaborate closely with production and inventory teams, enforcing quality standards throughout the production process
  • Embrace versatility, cross-training, and rotating responsibilities with other Quality team members ● Show initiative in identifying and resolving potential quality issues
  • Communicate effectively with hybrid management & other warehouse locations
  • Oversee the quality of inbound raw materials
  • Keep updated and accurate records of QC data from labs and/or production
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of operational and quality procedures
  • Carry out other tasks as requested by Management to aid Quality oversight

Required skills:

  • 2+ years in quality and/or manufacturing (preferred)
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and office technology with the ability to navigate and use them effectively for daily tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability during rapid growth
  • Forklift certification (preferred)
  • Physical ability to lift 10-25 pounds and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl repeatedly
